CN-Bio Innovations
Altis and CN-Bio Innovations combined two technologies: our RepliGut® Planar Jejunum model and CN-Bio's PhysioMimix® Liver-on-a-Chip. Together they form a human Gut/Liver microphysiological system (MPS) that simulates how the body handles an oral drug. The model links gut absorption to liver metabolism in one connected system. That helps in vitro results translate more reliably to in vivo outcomes, which sharpens oral bioavailability predictions. It represents the next generation of CN-Bio's oral bioavailability assay.
