RepliGut® Planar Thawing and Plating Video
This instructional video demonstrates best practices for thawing RepliGut® cells and establishing a high-quality monolayer culture using the RepliGut® Planar Kit. Step-by-step guidance is provided for 96-well plates, with notes for adapting to 12- and 24-well formats.

Download the latest unified RepliGut Planar Kit protocol which now covers all regions and all formats. Be sure to note on your cells the HISC lot suffix (Last 4 digits) to ensure you follow the correct corresponding directions. If the HISC batch you received ends in #1XXX, this does not require a cell dissociation step.
